A low hum that never quite fades once Static boards the train, and passengers feel it in their teeth before they ever work out who's causing it. Torment floods the air with noise, mood-draining static, and a blinding flash; Enhance turns that hum up train-wide for a while; and just being aboard drags everyone's nerves down a little further. Deprived of a Revolver or Grenade and stuck with a slower knife, Static has to make Torment and Enhance count.
